zedPrivacy notice
Effective 3 November 2026.
ZedSignal is the internal tracking system of SayVelio Technologies, Republic of Cyprus ("we"). It measures which advertising and partner links bring people to our products. This notice covers the hosts of zedsignal.com. How each product uses your account data is described in that product's own privacy policy, for example sayvelio.com/privacy.
What each host does

Who can see it
The data is used inside our company to measure campaigns and is not sold or shared for others' advertising. Our staff see it in an internal console, each person only for the products and campaigns they work on. Email addresses are hidden by default and shown only to people with an explicit permission, and every time an address is shown it is logged. The data is hosted by Railway in the European Union (Netherlands). Country is looked up in the DB-IP database on our own server; your address is not sent to DB-IP.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name (optional), email address and message, and use them only to answer you and handle your request. The message is delivered to our mailbox by our email provider, Resend (United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). The form uses a small calculation in your browser instead of a third-party captcha and sets no cookies. To prevent abuse, the network address of the sender is held in memory for up to an hour.
Why and on what basis
- Measuring our own campaigns, reporting conversions to the traffic source that sent you and paying partners correctly: our legitimate interest in understanding which advertising works. You can object at any time on the opt-out page or through the contact form.
- Sending your hashed email or other identifiers to advertising networks (for example Google or Meta conversion APIs): only with your consent, given in the cookie banner of the product. Without consent nothing that identifies you is sent to them.
What we never do
- We do not record what you dictate, type or say in our products.
- We do not use fingerprinting, and we do not sell personal data.
- We set no advertising cookies before you agree to them.
Retention
Click and event records are kept only as long as we need them to attribute conversions, pay partners and reconcile advertising spend. After that they are deleted or reduced to totals that identify no one. Postback delivery logs are kept only for troubleshooting and are deleted on a short rolling schedule.
Opting out
On the opt-out page you can turn tracking off for zedsignal.com. We delete the identifiers this domain has set in your browser and store one cookie, zs_optout, that only remembers your choice. Tracking links keep working, but nothing about your clicks or visits is recorded. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it the same way. The choice is stored in your browser, so repeat it in each browser you use; clearing cookies removes it. Our landing pages on other domains ask for consent in their own cookie banners.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings of our sites. Send your request through the contact form. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
